While working in the charity sector, I spotted a problem: smaller organisations rarely have the budget for in-house innovation teams, yet they face the same challenges - often with fewer resources and less visibility. 

I set up Innovatable to change that, guiding charities and social organisations through innovation frameworks to test ideas, solve problems and make an impact, without needing a big team or budget. 

I know first-hand the tension of wanting to move forward while hearing that dreaded phrase, “do more with less.” With a background spanning the charity sector and EdTech, the support I offer isn’t theoretical - it’s practical, structured and focused on creating genuine value.
