AI is causing chaos!
Some staff are pushing ahead and creating risk, others are hesitant to engage. Conflicting advice has stalled real exploration, leaving managers caught between caution and chaos, and leaders searching for clarity.
I guide charities, international NGOs and social businesses to replace chaos with clarity, through guidance, workshops and structured training sessions.
Building confidence and understanding from the very first session.
“The sessions were excellent. You have created a common understanding and added real value, for beginners and more expert users alike. I believe the sessions have really advanced us in this space.”

I make AI something tangible that your team can hold. Like a translator, I transform your ambition into practical outcomes.
Always a guide, I steer teams with straightforward strategies and frameworks to build confidence and redefine what’s possible.
Training and Guidance, in innovation and the use and adoption of AI. One off sessions, workshops and longer term projects.
Frameworks for measuring the impact of innovation projects - so that you can be clear on what is working and what is not - no throwing things at the wall and seeing what sticks here!
Creative prototypes to test concepts. Hands on, not dry theory, using what you already have access to
I believe that the benefits of AI can, and should, benefit those most in need. That’s why I primarily work with charities, NGOs, agencies for good and socially conscious businesses.
But before this, I worked for one of the largest EdTech businesses in the world, co-building their inhouse innovation team.
I wanted to take what I’d learnt and bring that into the charity sector, so I joined Help for Heroes as their first ever Senior Innovator.
My true passion was to help organisations that couldn’t afford their own in-house innovation team, so with the knowledge I’d gained from my time in the charity sector, I set up Innovatable.
Since then I've guided amazing organisations all around the world, working with clients based in 5 continents (he’s not sure when he’ll add Antarctica to that list…) - enabled by a pragmatic remote working approach.

Some orgs I've worked with:
Some people hide behind jargon when discussing Innovation. We try at all times to cut through it and keep things simple. If you've got anything you want to discuss with us, be it questions about how an Innovation process can help an existing project or goal, or something more specific, we are happy to hear from you. We carve out time for free 20 minute video calls, during which we are happy to discuss whatever is on your agenda.
